Where do I spend my attention now?

I have one preface:

1. I actually am not mentally clear as I a write this post. As many of you know, I suffer from Kleine-Levin Syndrome and I am in the mid to end of my latest episode. I don’t know if I would normally post this if I wasn’t in an episode. I think I would.
